hello
well i didn't go to work on sunday or monday so i was just at home. on sunday i went to church and on monday i took my mother-in-law here and there. on monday night i made some enchiladas. they tasted good for it being my first time making them. i had been wanting to eat some for a while but now a days everyone makes them tex-mex style (eeew). so i just decided to get the recipe off the internet, and make it myself. it wasn't as hard as i thought it was gonna be. they were delicious! i think next time i might learn how to make menudo. signing off now.
