ugly rainy day

today on my way yo work i had a car accident. some lady on a 2006 honda jumped in front of me and a dr. pepper truck. she thought that she was going to make it, but no. first the dr. pepper truck hit her, then i hit her. she was too close that i hit her. i braked but that was no use. so as soon as i hit her car, the airbags from my car went out. who new that those old things even worked! so i get hit in the face by the stupid thing, i got out of the car crying, and started calling ricky, my brother, and work. i got scared cause smoke started coming out the airbags and it started to smell like burnt wires or something. i thought the damn car was gonna blow up! (LOL) so the cops got there and got the police report. my car and the ladies car got towed. both cars were still driveable, but because the airbags when out, they had to be taken away :-) tomorrow i am going to the police station to get the report and i am going to call her insurance company...maybe i can at least get a rental car out of all this. i thank God that the airbags did work. if it wasn't for that, i think my nose would've been broken or worse, cause the impact was pretty hard.
